Yo guys,
2day's volleyball trainin is DAMN tirin...w8...I meant after volleyball trainin is juz tired but thr's physical trainin n de P.T(Physical Trainin) is damn tirin n it made me DAMN TIRED...u noe wad we(my team n I) do?Firstly we did 2 do frog-jump 15 times of de height of de shorter side of de basketball court den we hv 2 do 5 sets of 10 of push-up,n some other thing which make our stomach n leg pain...den later we hv 2 run up n down 4 stories lyk 5 time n I mean RUN no walkin...which is DAMN tirin...felt lyk fallin when runnin down...den did spikin,thr's 2 part of it but dun noe hw xplain...so lets juz take de 1st part is do 10 times n de 2nd part is do 5 sets of 5...den did shuttle run 5 times...
I'M DAMN TIRED...
